Recently, this section of our web page has been expanded and reorganized to provide the information you need to invite Carol to your area. We suggest the following steps to make the process as easy and efficient as possible.

Step 2: Get answers to additional questions.

Step 3: Print out, fill in, and fax a completed Carol Gray Speaking Engagement Request Form.

• Click here to download the form. Your completed form will save time in the months ahead, and help you to organize your thoughts and preferences for your group. This completed form is prerequisite to learning Carol’s fees or specific travel or other requirements, or booking a specific date.
• You can, however, check Carol’s current speaking schedule (at the top of this page) to check if she is already booked for a date or dates you are seeking. Don’t be discouraged by the five pages of the form - ample space has been provided for you to write and this makes the form seem more cumbersome than it actually is. Please return all five pages of the form; depending upon your plans, you may not need to fill in page 4 or 5. Regardless, fax all five pages. • All completed forms faxed and received by the 20th of each month will receive a response via email or phone by the end of the second full week of the following month.
