We suggest the following steps to make the process as easy and efficient as possible.

Step 3: Print out, fill in, and fax a completed Carol Gray Speaking Engagement Request Form.

• Click here to download the form. Your completed form will save time in the months ahead, and help you to organize your thoughts and preferences for your group. This completed form is prerequisite to learning Carol’s fees or specific travel or other requirements, or booking a specific date.
• You can, however, check Carol’s current speaking schedule (at the top of this page) to check if she is already booked for a date or dates you are seeking.
