Please do not contact Gray Center staff to inquire about her fees, availability, or to contact her for handouts or other details for an already-scheduled speaking engagement. Thank you!
Carol Gray would welcome the opportunity to consider speaking for your organization at a workshop or as part of a conference! Recently, this section of our web page has been expanded and reorganized to provide the information you need to invite Carol to your area. We suggest the following steps to make the process as easy and efficient as possible.
Step 1: Learn more about Carol Gray and her presentations and workshops.
Please note: These are copyrighted documents and presentations, and are intended exclusively for your information as you decide whether to invite Carol to speak for your organization.
Step 2: Get answers to additional questions.
Step 3: Print out, fill in, and fax a completed Carol Gray Speaking Engagement Request Form.
- Click here to download the form. Your completed form will save time in the months ahead, and help you to organize your thoughts and preferences for your group. This completed form is prerequisite to learning Carol’s fees or specific travel or other requirements, or booking a specific date.
- You can, however, check Carol’s current speaking schedule (at the top of this page) to check if she is already booked for a date or dates you are seeking. Don’t be discouraged by the five pages of the form - ample space has been provided for you to write and this makes the form seem more cumbersome than it actually is. Please return all five pages of the form; depending upon your plans, you may not need to fill in page 4 or 5. Regardless, fax all five pages. PLEASE FAX ALL FORMS (RELATED TO CAROL'S SPEAKING) TO CAROL AND MELISSA AT 616-214-7935.
Step 4: Discuss your plans and all of the important details.
- All completed forms faxed and received by the 20th of each month will receive a response via email or phone by the end of the second full week of the following month.
