Information for Speaking Engagement Sponsors

Carol Gray would welcome the opportunity to consider speaking for your organization at a workshop or as part of a conference! Recently, this section of our web page has been expanded and reorganized to provide the information you need to invite Carol to your area. We suggest the following steps to make the process as easy and efficient as possible.
Step 1: Learn more about Carol Gray and her presentations and workshops.

It is better for your audience - and more fun for her - if presentation topics and time frames are tailored to meet your needs. Several sample keynote, short presentation, and workshop descriptions - complete with a time-ordered agenda - are available for you to print out and review.

Step 2: Get answers to additional questions. Click here for answers to frequently asked questions from workshop sponsors.
Step 3: Print out, fill in, and fax a completed Carol Gray Speaking Engagement Request Form. Your completed form will save time in the months ahead, and help you to organize your thoughts and preferences for your group. This completed form is prerequisite to learning Carol’s fees or specific travel or other requirements, or booking a specific date. You can, however, check Carol’s current speaking schedule to check if she is already booked for a date or dates you are seeking. Don’t be discouraged by the five pages of the form - ample space has been provided for you to write and this makes the form seem more cumbersome than it actually is. Please return all five pages of the form; depending upon your plans, you may not need to fill in page 4 or 5. Regardless, fax all five pages to 616-667-9882.
Step 4: Discuss your plans and all of the important details. All completed forms faxed and received by the 20th of each month will receive a response via email or phone by the end of the second full week of the following month. That will be your opportunity to ask very specific questions and possibly....
