The Gray Center is pleased to provide the following coaching and consultation services, available either by phone, by email, Skype (video-calling) or in our office:
One-hour consultation: Share your story and your questions, and receive information about available resources and/or strategies and suggestions for "getting unstuck." At this time, all of our consulting services are provided by Laurel Falvo, CFLE (Certified Family Life Educator) and Executive Director of The Gray Center. Parents have accessed this service to receive help with parenting, handling behavioral issues, helping their child achieve new milestones, etc. Children, teens, and young adults have accessed this service to learn strategies for being successful at home, school, and at work. Grandparents have used consultations to improve their relationships with their children and grandchildren, and to learn more about autism and how they can help. Teachers have used consultations to gain strategies for increasing success in the classroom--for all students! Parent groups have accessed this service to have Laurel join in on a question and answer period during their meetings.

- Coaching: Receive three sessions of one-on-one, on-going support to get help with identifying goals and developing an action plan in your parenting, or in working toward socially effective interactions. Coaching services are provided by both Laurel Falvo and her husband Steve. Customers may choose the coach who best meets their needs. Your fee includes THREE 50-minute sessions, in-person or on the phone, each followed with a summary email (if the session is conducted by phone or Skype) or a copy of paperwork produced during the session. Together you and your coach will set up a schedule for your three sessions (some people meet weekly, others monthly, others as needed), and you will be responsible for contacting your coach at the scheduled times. Parents, children, young adults, and adults have accessed coaching services for many of the same issues as those who have purchased a one-hour consult, but the coaching provides on-going accountability and assistance as they work to set and achieve goals for success!
- Click here to access either a consultation or on-going coaching services. (Please do not call or email to set up your consultation or coaching services. Purchasing a consultation or coaching will trigger an email from our staff to get your session scheduled). Please note that payment is due in advance, and that there will be no refunds for missed appointments. You are welcome to work with your coach to see if a coaching/consulting session can be rescheduled, provided that you allow at least 24 hours advanced notice.

The goal is to work as a team with your coach or consultant, so that together you can learn and work toward a goal.
